- Mexican Dip:
- Ingredients:
- 12oz. Cream Cheese
- 1lb ground beef
- 1pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 40z green chiles
- 16oz salsa of choice
- ~ 1-2 cups Mexican Blend Cheese (or shredded cheese of choice)
- Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Brown ground beef & add taco seasoning.
- When finished, add to the taco meat –
- Refried beans and small can of green chiles
- Spread 12oz. of cream cheese in baking dish.
- Spread meat mixture on the cream cheese.
- Spread salsa on top meat mixture.
- Bake at 325 degrees 30-40 min and then cut oven off.
- Top with Mexican blend cheese
- Let cheese melt in cooling oven.

- We served with a fresh salad, olive garden dressing, and french bread!
- BBQ Chicken Flatbreads:
- We love the pulled rotisserie chicken from Wal-Mart Deli + Naan Flat breads. Top with the pulled chicken, bbq sauce, mozzarella cheese + any other veggies to make a super quick and easy dinner! Serve with a salad or chips!
